Diese Serie beginnt mit einer Frage: Was bleibt \u00fcbrig, wenn wir das, was uns umgibt, entwirren? Geometrische Formen sind in ihrer scheinbaren Starrheit Metaphern f\u00fcr geschlossene Systeme: Ideen, Strukturen, ja sogar das Denken selbst. Indem man sie auf den Kreis \u2013 ein Symbol f\u00fcr das Unendliche und das Zyklische \u2013 entfaltet, wird dieser Akt zu einer Reflexion \u00fcber Befreiung. Es handelt sich nicht blo\u00df um eine physische Dekonstruktion, sondern um eine Geste, die die Grenzen zwischen Innen und Au\u00dfen, zwischen dem Verborgenen und dem Offensichtlichen hinterfragt.
Die ents\u00e4ttigten Farben spiegeln Ittens Theorie wider und zeigen, dass das Wesentliche nicht immer im Lebhaften, sondern im Subtilen liegt. Die ged\u00e4mpften T\u00f6ne dr\u00fccken aus, was \u00fcbrig bleibt, wenn der L\u00e4rm herausgefiltert wird: die reine Struktur, der eigentliche Kern der Form. Jedes Werk ist ein Dialog zwischen Ordnung (Geometrie) und Chaos (Entfaltung), zwischen dem Endlichen (dem Papier) und dem Unendlichen (dem Kreis, der es umh\u00fcllt).<\/p>

Es ist eine \u00dcbung im Entfalten, in der Aufl\u00f6sung der Form, im Gegensatz zu ihrer Konstruktion. Es ist kein Muster, aus dem ein Gef\u00e4\u00df entstehen k\u00f6nnte, sondern vielmehr eine \u00dcbung in Wiederholung, in der sich das Gef\u00e4\u00df \u2013 das an sich bereits ein Mechanismus der Selbstbeobachtung und Synthese ist \u2013 entfaltet, um seine Struktur und seinen dreidimensionalen Raum auf die Ebene zu zerlegen; es ist ein Versuch, die Karten noch einmal auf den Tisch zu legen; sich in sich selbst zu entfalten, sich in verschiedene Richtungen zu offenbaren.<\/p>
